  • Raw files (e.g., unedited photos or footage) remain our property unless purchased or negotiated separately.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • All payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., Zelle, Bank Transfer).

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the project.

  • Refunds for services already rendered are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

 

If you submit feedback, reviews, or creative materials, you grant us permission to use them for promotional or operational purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
